In 2016, ClearCompliance Group, LLC (CCG) was established in the Los Angeles metro area as a professional services firm that provides clients with auditing and advisory services to help governments, businesses and nonprofit meet performance and compliance goals and objectives.

The purpose came about due to seeing many city governments, businesses, and nonprofits lack the skills, knowledge, and expertise to address performance and compliance issues and risks that impacted operations. As a result, these entities spent labor, time, and money resolving auditing and monitoring issues in a reactive rather than proactive manner. These issues impacted the entities’ reputation as good partners to do business. Ultimately, these entities were hampered in meeting goals and objectives.

CCG’s mission to provide local and state governments, businesses, and nonprofits with the resources and information to proactively identify and minimize performance and compliance risks and issues, while exceeded performance and compliance goals and objectives.

CCG’s vision is to empower local and state governments, businesses, and nonprofits to be proactive in addressing performance and compliance risks and issues that minimize potential audit findings that impact the ability to meet and exceed established goals and objectives.

Also, clients will have access to our knowledge, skills, and experience from auditing, market research, project development, and the federal inspector general industry to use in meeting and exceeding performance and compliance goals and objectives. The overall goal is to make clients resilient in dealing with performance and compliance matters with a proactive mentality that can take on any auditing or monitoring matters without hesitation or apprehension.

Our Team/Principal

Fredrick W. Lee is the principal and owner of CCG. He oversees the daily operations of CCG to ensure that your compliance and performance needs, goals, and objectives are met.

  • More than 25 years of federal compliance and performance auditing experience from working with a federal inspector general that resulted in identifying more than $360 million in questioned costs and savings of federal funding.
  • Developed and provided numerous trainings related to performance and compliance audits and metrics.
  • Project development experience in operational and program policies and procedures.
  • Industry environmental scans that provide insight on regulatory and enforcement matters impact city governments, businesses, and nonprofits.
  • Outreach and bulletin communication that provide regulatory, compliance, and performance information to city, state, and tribal governments, audit professions, nonprofits, and businesses.
  • Member of the National Association of Housing Redevelopment Organization (NAHRO).
