In 2016, ClearCompliance Group, LLC (CCG) was established in the Los Angeles metro area as a professional services firm that provides clients with auditing and advisory services to help governments, businesses, and nonprofits meet performance and compliance goals and objectives. Our services embrace a collaborative approach to identifying and detecting risks, issues, and opportunities that could impact their ability to meet and exceed those performance and compliance goals and objectives.

We have seen how many city, county, state, and tribal governments, businesses, and nonprofits struggle to meet the financial, operational, and management performance benchmarks required by funding agencies. In addition, many of these entities struggle with meeting compliance objectives, resulting in corrective actions that took extensive labor, time, and money to address auditing and monitoring issues. In many cases, these entities took a reactive rather than proactive approach to addressing performance and compliance issues that created more issues than needed. The reactive approach is time-consuming, costly, and labor-intensive to the entities. Some entities that handled business were able to build good reputations, trust, and interest in much funding to exploit opportunities. Given our experience, we wanted to provide out knowledge, skills, and information to clients that could be used to address risks, issues, and opportunities to meet and exceed their performance and compliance goals and objectives.
